ELC 4444 Let's Play Outside. Engaging Our Children through Outdoor Play

The simple pleasures of playing in the sandbox, painting at the outdoor easel, and engaging in sensory fluid play opportunities are a snap to set up and allow our children to learn in the outdoor learning environment. This course will demonstrate 25 play spaces for littles to engage in during the day: from gardening to making paper, it’s at all your fingertips. ELC 3025 Sprucing Up the Classroom – Developing Educational Materials, Bulletin Boards, and More!

It's time to spruce up your classroom with fresh ideas, educational materials, and additional tools, from health and safety to cognitive learning and outdoor activities.

Join this course and begin to create materials supplemented with free resources that allow you to develop hands-on activities that meet your children’s needs, from printable file folder activities to recipes, pipettes, pom-poms, tongs, counting manipulatives, construction paper, dye cuts, dough-making recipes, and playground tools. You can STRETCH your budget and spruce up the classroom with a learning model designed around the Florida Early Learning Standards.

This professional development event empowers educators to inspire young learners through a STEAM-based mindset.
