    This course empowers current and aspiring early childhood leaders with the essential tools, strategies, and insights to manage and inspire within early learning environments effectively. Grounded in best practices and real-world applications, participants will explore the core principles of leadership, organizational systems, and management techniques tailored specifically for early childhood settings.

     Course is open 24/7 complete at your own pace.

     The Teacher’s Book Club Series for Preschoolers ~ Book 1: Triangle

     Join the ELC Teacher’s Book Club and receive free activities based on the book Triangle that focuses on emergent reading, writing, math, and art, along with building social skills in the prekindergarten classroom. You will also receive early childhood activities to share with families and create an early learning community, working together! All the books in this series are from the Florida New World’s Reading Initiative.

    As young children embark on their first 100-day journey into the world of friendships, feelings, and teamwork. Teachers provide structured routines, storytelling, imaginative play, and guided peer interactions, and young learners develop essential social-emotional skills that help them thrive in group settings. Each week builds upon the last, and in this course, we will focus on developing empathy, effective listening, respecting personal space, and clearly expressing our needs with words. By Day 100, you will plan a celebration of the skills and learning, as well as the friendships that have been formed. This is an excellent opportunity to celebrate with the families coming to the program.
